GENESIS Learning Services accepts students with a desire to learn utilizing unique learning approaches and styles that will benefit them based on a personalized and customized educational program. Instruction in our program is provided through a mastery learning approach. The pre-admissions process begins with the family contacting the school to schedule a tour of our campus.
The following documents should be submitted to the school prior to or during your first visit:
Recent report cards, including academic and socialization records.
Current psycho-educational evaluation (recommended).
During your student’s first visit, he or she may be assessed to determine academic placement levels. The assessment process may also require a prospective student to spend 1 to 3 hours in a classroom setting within the center. This process, together with reports of prior educational experiences, helps to determine the initial academic and social goals for each student based on the program they are requesting.
Upon enrollment into programs, the following documents should be submitted prior to the student’s first date of attendance:
Copy of birth certificate/passport
Copy of social security card
Transfer information from the previous school
